Andrew Hudon has a proven track record of driving innovation and fostering growth across multiple industries. Before joining the IAF, Andrew led Business Development at the L-SPARK SaaS Accelerator, mentoring startups, building strategic partnerships and helping tech companies scale.

Previously, Andrew worked as a Senior Consultant at EY, advising organizations on operational efficiency and achieving strategic goals. He began his career at Ford Motor Company as an Engineer, managing cross-functional projects and delivering innovative solutions in the automotive industry.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science from Western University, an MBA from HEC Montréal, and is a certified Project Management Professional. His diverse background in engineering, consulting and business development fuels his commitment to advancing Canada’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
