Nicole is an experienced people, talent and operating leader with more than 15 years of experience helping high-growth technology companies scale their teams, operating rhythms and leadership practices.

She has held senior people leadership roles across several venture-backed and high-growth companies, including Manifold, Validere, Rose Rocket and BiblioCommons. In these roles, she partnered closely with founders and executive teams on organizational design, leadership development, talent strategy, culture, performance, and change management through periods of rapid growth and transition.

She has also worked directly with emerging leaders across the First Round Capital portfolio as a mentor, supporting founders through the practical challenges of scaling teams, leadership and operating rhythms in early-stage environments.

Nicole began her career at Veeva Systems, where she helped support the company’s growth from approximately 250 employees through its IPO and beyond to more than 3,000 team members globally. She brings a founder- and operator-oriented perspective to building teams and organizations, with a focus on translating founder needs into practical programs, meaningful connections and scalable systems that help early-stage companies grow with greater clarity and confidence. She studied Psychology and French at York University.
